I have dedicated more than 20 years to supporting children, individuals, and families throughout the Michiana area. My professional experience began working with children and families navigating ADHD, learning disabilities, Autism, Down Syndrome, physical impairments, and the impacts of trauma and abuse. After earning my master’s degree in 2013, I expanded my work into the mental health field, helping clients navigate the effects of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, violence, addiction, anxiety, and other life challenges.
I am trained in EMDR therapy and strongly believe in individualized care. I understand that every person experiences and processes life differently, and I do not believe in “cookie-cutter” treatment approaches. My goal is to help each client feel safe, understood, and supported throughout the counseling process.
As Cornerstone Family Therapy’s Intake Specialist, I work closely with new clients to help connect them with the therapist who is the best possible fit for their unique needs, personality, and goals. I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process feel welcoming, comfortable, and supportive from the very first interaction.
I am committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and create meaningful change in their lives.
