I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where clients of all ages feel safe to explore life’s challenges, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and meeting clients where they are in their journey.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship struggles, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and emotional regulation. My background in community-based services has allowed me to support individuals and families experiencing crisis, abuse, homelessness, parenting challenges, and mental health concerns across all stages of life.
I am especially passionate about working with couples and helping partners improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate difficult seasons together. I value creating a supportive space where clients feel empowered, understood, and encouraged as they work toward growth and healing.
Prior to entering the counseling field, I spent many years in leadership, human resources, and business ownership, experiences that strengthened my understanding of people, relationships, stress management, and life balance. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and am currently working toward full licensure in the state of Indiana.
