Hello, my name is Gianna Karam. I am a master’s level clinical intern providing counseling services to children, teens, and adults under the supervision of a licensed therapist. I am graduating in May and working toward licensure. My approach is authentic, positive, and rooted in both honesty and gentleness. I strive to be a compassionate and curious listener, dedicated to honoring each person’s needs. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work with experience in individual counseling, adolescent behavioral healthcare, and child advocacy. 

My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, PTSD, sexual abuse & sexual health, addictions & substance use, autism, and ADHD. I work with diverse clients across many cultures, races, religions, disabilities, and LGBTQ+ identities.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS, tailoring treatment to each unique individual. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and can work toward meaningful growth.
